BlumenRiviera takes the challenge!
Since October 2013 the BlumenRiviera Team joined the Crossfit F3 box in Allach - CrossFit F2 to stay fit and active.We are training every week approx. 2-3 times in the
evening. As we have the equipment during work, the colleagues are doing every day exercises outside.

The CrossFit Box in Allach took part on the Reebook CrossFit Open Games 2014.
The Reebook CrossFit Open Games took place on 14th march 2014.
So the crosfitters were encouraged to participate for either scaled or attempt the RX.
And our team participated successfully.

For some refreshment there were drinks and food available to take away. One specialty were the cake pops which a bakery nearby is producing. They created special kettlebells cake pops only for the CrossFit F2 team. Yummy...
To summarize it was a great sporty Saturday with delicious food and drinks afterwards!
